To Our Ballet San Jose Extended Family,
As many of you are aware, our dear friend and soloist with the company, Tiffany Glenn, has been battling cancer for the past six years. Tiffany, who retired after the 2012 season, has returned to her hometown of Washington, D.C. and we have learned the very sad news that her health has rapidly declined and the prognosis is quite grave. She is receiving hospice care at her family home, surrounded by friends and loved ones, who are reading to Tiffany the many messages of support, strength, and love that she has been receiving from across the country and around the world. We understand that Tiffany’s spirits are greatly lifted by each message she hears, and we wanted to share the opportunity to send a note to Tiffany with the thousands of people that she has touched through her artistry and grace, both onstage and off, in the Bay Area.
